ADHDFamilies

Sorry for the lack of posts around here for the past few days.  After messing around with numerous different themes and layouts, I decided that it was a necessary evil to take some time and design a theme specifically for the way I would like to see information laid out here at ADHDFamilies.

While there was one theme that nearly did everything that I wanted it to, it had the unfortunate drawback of not being open source, and one of the basic tenants of this site is that it is free.  Free for you to use, free to be republished and as far as is possible, free for me to maintain.  In that light, I felt that I simply had to move on to something designed specifically for this site.

The advantage to this decision is that once completed, a version of the new theme will be available for anyonw who chooses to use it.  That’s right, ince it will be an open source theme, I will be making it available to anyone who wants it.  So at least you know that I’m working on something that may benefit one or two of my readers at the same time I am forced to give a lull in posts here.

There are several stories that I’ve been wanting to post, and I’ll try to get them online here as quickly as possible.  Some are very inspiring and I’d hate for them to go unheard.  It can be difficult to handle the stresses of development and posting on more than one blog at a given time, but that is where I find myself right now.
