I have a distinct advantage when it comes to computer issues. Not only have I been a programmer, systems administrator and tech support professional, I’ve also been a certified computer repair tech. For me, I only need to call myself, but I know from experience that not everyone has the skills that I do.

You have three options when you are having computer issues. You can replace the computer, but that’s not exactly a cost effective method. Yo can take your computer in to have it repaired, but this can leave you without your system for up to two weeks while the techs get it repaired. The third option, and the best in my opinion, is home computer repair.

With home computer repair, the technician comes to you, and the repairs are done on site, which gives you the unique opportunity to ak a few questions as the work is being done.  The work is done at your convenience, in your home, where it is most likely that any problems you are having can be recreated.  I suggest checking it out if you have the budget to do so.
